President Zardari Summons National Assembly Session in Islamabad


Islamabad, President Asif Ali Zardari has called for a session of Pakistan’s National Assembly to be held at Parliament House this Monday at 4 PM. The session is set to cover a range of significant national and international issues, as well as legislative matters.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the upcoming session will include discussions crucial to the country’s governance and policy direction. In preparation for this session, National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has scheduled a preliminary meeting with parliamentary leaders. This meeting, set for 3 PM tomorrow at Parliament House, aims to outline the agenda and discuss key points, including a motion of thanks for the President’s previous address and debates on the upcoming budget.



The assembly’s gathering underscores the government’s commitment to addressing pressing legislative and policy issues amid ongoing economic and geopolitical challenges.
