Sanya, Hainan, China: President Asif Ali Zardari has extended an invitation to Hangzhou Jinjiang Group to increase its investments in Pakistan, focusing on key sectors such as energy, industry, and agriculture. This invitation was made during a meeting with Mr. Wang Jian, CEO of the company, which is ranked among China’s top 100 business groups.
According to Press Information Department, the President highlighted Pakistan’s ongoing efforts to attract foreign investments, particularly in water treatment, electric vehicle battery systems, and alternate energy. He underscored the potential benefits of such investments in promoting sustainable growth and industrial development in the country.
President Zardari assured that the Government of Sindh is committed to providing necessary facilitation to foreign companies interested in investing in the province, especially through public-private partnership frameworks. The meeting saw the presence of several key officials, including Senator Saleem Mandviwalla, Senior Provincial Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister of Sindh for Investment Syed Qasim Naveed Qamar, and the Chief Secretary of Sindh.
