Lahore: President Asif Ali Zardari emphasized the importance of political stability and national consensus to foster the development of Pakistan. In discussions with senior Pakistan People’s Party leader Barrister Aamir Hassan, he highlighted the potential for prosperity if democratic forces collaborate effectively.

President Zardari advocated for a unified approach to strengthen the economy. He stressed that through collective efforts, the nation could achieve significant economic progress.

In a separate engagement with Chaudhry Manzoor Ahmad, the head of the People’s Labor Bureau, President Zardari reiterated the government’s commitment to prioritizing laborers’ welfare in the upcoming budget. He noted that societal progress is contingent upon providing adequate support to laborers.
