According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, President Zardari paid homage to the valor of the soldiers, specifically mentioning Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Ali Shoukat, who lost their lives in the line of duty. Prime Minister Sharif also honored the bravery of Lieutenant Colonel Shoukat and five other soldiers who were martyred during the operation. He offered prayers for their souls and extended his condolences to their families, affirming that the entire nation stands in gratitude for their service and ultimate sacrifice.
