Islamabad, March 19, 2023 (PPI-OT): President Dr. Arif Alvi has stressed the need to bring all out of school children into education system. Addressing a ceremony in Karachi, he lamented that 2.2 million children were out of school in the country despite the fact that the provinces were spending almost 25 percent of their budget on education. The President said the neighbouring countries are making progress very fast due to diligent policies and good governance, but unfortunately, Pakistan is lagging behind in this regard.
