Islamabad, March 27, 2022 (PPI-OT):President Dr Arif Alvi has said the art of communication is vital to empower women and put them on path of rapid development. Addressing a ceremony in Karachi on Sunday, he said the government is taking measures to ensure active participation of women in nation’s building. The President said the effective communication is need of the hour to cope modern-day challenges in an effective manner.
