Lahore, In a ceremony held for the Federal Insurance Ombudsman, President Dr. Arif Alvi underscored the importance of accelerating the decision-making process within the sector. The ceremony acknowledged the performance of the Ombudsman’s office in effectively resolving cases.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the President lauded the Federal Insurance Ombudsman for their efficiency in settling cases within a 60-day timeframe, which has substantially decreased the backlog from 16,000 to 5,000 pending cases. The President’s address brought to light the critical role of timely decision-making in the administration of justice and the functioning of the insurance sector.
