President Dr. Arif Alvi Commits to Child Rights and Well-being in Pakistan

Islamabad, President Dr. Arif Alvi, meeting with a delegation of children representing Pakistan’s diverse regions, affirmed the country’s dedication to advancing the rights and well-being of children. The meeting occurred in Islamabad in connection with World Children’s Day.

According to Radio Pakistan, the children, nominated by UNICEF, discussed various challenges they face, along with their hopes and expectations for the future. President Alvi emphasized Pakistan’s commitment to equipping children with education, skills, and training. He particularly stressed the importance of inclusive education for children with disabilities and preparing them for employment opportunities.
