President approves appointment of 8 non-executive directors of SBP’s board

Islamabad, July 22, 2022 (PPI-OT):President Dr Arif Alvi has approved the appointment of eight non-executive directors of the board of State Bank of Pakistan. The President made the appointments under Article 48 (1) of the Constitution and Section 11A of the State Bank of Pakistan Act, 1956.
