Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif have publicly commended the Pakistani security forces for their successful operation against terrorists in Bajaur, which resulted in significant casualties among the militants.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, both the President and the Prime Minister issued separate statements acknowledging the valor of the Pakistan Army soldiers who lost their lives during the operation against Khwarij terrorists. They extended their prayers for the martyred soldiers and expressed condolences to their families. The leaders emphasized the nation’s solidarity with its military in the ongoing struggle against terrorism. Additionally, Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi also lauded the security forces for their decisive actions that eliminated five terrorists of Fitna Al Khawarij along the Pak-Afghan border, thwarting their destructive objectives.
