President Alvi Advocates for Enhanced Trade Relations with Russia, Italy, and Mongolia

Islamabad, President Dr. Arif Alvi has called for an expansion of trade, economic, cultural, and people-to-people relations with Russia, Italy, and Mongolia. This appeal was made during his meetings with the newly appointed ambassadors-designate from these countries, who presented their diplomatic credentials in Islamabad.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, President Alvi discussed with Ambassador-designate of the Russian Federation to Pakistan, Albert P. Khorev, the aspirations to deepen bilateral ties with Russia across various sectors, including trade, economy, tourism, and culture. With Italy’s Ambassador-designate to Pakistan, Marilina Armellin, the President emphasized the importance of enhancing bilateral trade. In his conversation with Tuvvshin Badra, the non-resident Ambassador of Mongolia to Pakistan, President Alvi underscored the mutual benefits of promoting trade, economic, and cultural relations between the two nations.

These discussions reflect Pakistan’s strategic intent to strengthen its international partnerships and foster economic and cultural exchange with these countries, aiming for mutual benefits and enhanced bilateral cooperation.
