Islamabad, August 04, 2022 (PPI-OT):Police Martyrs Day is being observed across the country on Thursday. In his message on the occasion, President Dr. Arif Alvi paid glowing tributes to the sacrifices rendered by police personnel for internal security of the country. The President said the nation will always their sacrifices.
Arif Alvi noted that the police have an important role to ensure law and order and curb the activities of anti-social elements. He said we have ensured protection of human rights to make Pakistan an exemplary Islamic welfare state. He said the police should keep serving the country keeping in mind the principles of integrity, duty, public service and human dignity.
