PNS YARMOOK Engages in Bilateral Naval Exercises in Bahrain


Islamabad: In a significant display of maritime collaboration, Pakistan Navy Ship YARMOOK visited port Mina Salman in Bahrain today, where it engaged in bilateral exercises with several friendly navies. This visit is part of its deployment on Regional Maritime Security Patrol duties.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, PNS YARMOOK participated in exercises with the Royal Bahrain Navy Ship AL-MANAMA, the US Ship DANIEL INOUYE, and the Japanese Maritime Self Defense Ship JS SAMIDARE. These exercises are part of ongoing efforts to enhance interoperability and mutual understanding among allied navies.



The Commanding Officer of PNS YARMOOK also met with Rear Admiral Ahmed Mohammad Ibrahim Al Bin Ali, Commander of the Royal Bahrain Naval Force, and other senior officials from the Bahrain Navy. This visit underscores the strong maritime relations between Pakistan and its allies, contributing to regional maritime security and stability.
