Islamabad, Pakistan Navy Ship (PNS) TUGHRIL recently completed a vital stopover at Salalah Port, Oman, for logistics and refueling purposes. This visit occurred during its return journey from a routine operational deployment in the Gulf of Aden, where it was part of the Regional Maritime Security Patrol.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the commanding officer of PNS TUGHRIL engaged in significant discussions with senior naval officials of Oman. These meetings, held as part of naval diplomacy efforts, focused on topics of mutual interest, further strengthening the bond between the two navies.
Pakistan and Oman share a unique maritime connection, with both countries situated along the same ocean space.
