Islamabad, In a pivotal meeting aimed at addressing Pakistan’s pressing challenges, representatives from the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) and the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) have reached a consensus on accelerating the process of forming a stable democratic government. According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the meeting saw the participation of key figures from both parties, including Senator Ishaq Dar, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Senator Azam Nazir Tarar, and Malik Muhammad Ahmed Khan from the PML-N, alongside Syed Murad Ali Shah, Qamar Zaman Kaira, Saeed Ghani, and other leaders from the PPP. The discussions underscored the urgent need for a government capable of addressing the myriad issues plaguing the nation and the potential benefits such a government could bring in alleviating the populace’s burdens.
The representatives presented their proposals for consideration, and after thorough deliberation, agreed to reconvene today to continue their discussions. The proposals, formulated through their consultation, will be presented to the leadership of both parties, with the final decision to be made based on the committee’s recommendations.
