PML-N and PPP Forge Alliance to Address Political Instability in Pakistan

Lahore, In a significant political development, leaders of the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) and the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) have agreed to join forces to guide Pakistan through its current phase of political instability. This agreement was reached during a meeting between Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, President of PML-N, Asif Ali Zardari, President of the Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians, and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Chairman of PPP, at Bilawal House in Lahore. The discussions focused on the prevailing national circumstances and the pathway to future political collaboration.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the leaders issued a joint statement after their meeting, expressing their commitment to work together politically to rescue the nation from its political distress. They underscored their responsibility towards the Pakistani populace, which has entrusted them with a mandate, affirming their determination not to let down the public’s expectations.

Further, the PPP leadership has announced plans to present the proposals from the PML-N in the upcoming meeting of its Central Executive Committee.
