Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited the Iranian Embassy in Islamabad to express condolences for the casualties resulting from recent Israeli actions against Iran.
During his visit, Prime Minister Sharif signed a condolence book, extending heartfelt sympathies to the Iranian people and government. He reaffirmed Pakistan’s solidarity with Iran during this period of unrest.
The Prime Minister praised the determination and bravery of the Iranian nation. He offered prayers for those who lost their lives and wished a speedy recovery for the injured.
He assured Iran of Pakistan’s unwavering support and conveyed his respects to Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatullah Ali Khamenei and President Dr. Massoud Pezeshkian.
Prime Minister Sharif was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar, along with Special Assistants Tariq Fatemi and Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch. Iranian Ambassador Reza Amiri Moghaddam welcomed the Prime Minister upon his arrival at the embassy.
