Doha: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has arrived in Qatar for a two-day official visit at the invitation of the Emir of Qatar. The visit aims to strengthen bilateral relations and explore new avenues for cooperation, particularly in trade and investment.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the Prime Minister was received at the Doha International Airport by Qatar’s Minister of State for Mediation Muhammad bin Abdulaziz Al-Khulaifi, the Pakistani Ambassador to Qatar, and other diplomatic staff. During his visit, Prime Minister Sharif is scheduled to hold meetings with the Qatari leadership to review the entire scope of bilateral relations.
The visit will also feature discussions with leadership-level delegations from the Qatar Investment Authority and the Qatar Businessmen Association, focusing on potential investment opportunities in Pakistan. Additionally, Prime Minister Sharif will inaugurate a cultural exhibition titled “Manzar: Art and Architecture in Pakistan from 1940 to present.”
