Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has articulated the importance of resolving the Kashmir and Palestine disputes as fundamental to achieving lasting global peace and stability. His remarks come as Pakistan reaffirms its commitment to collaborating with the international community to promote peace initiatives.
According to Kashmir Media Service, during his message on the International Day of Peace, Prime Minister Sharif characterized the Jammu and Kashmir issue as a prolonged conflict requiring adherence to Security Council resolutions and an impartial referendum for its resolution. He also emphasized the critical need for addressing the ongoing hardships faced by Palestinians, stating that a peaceful resolution is vital for peace in the Middle East.
The Prime Minister highlighted Pakistan’s commitment to fostering peace through mutual cooperation and dialogue, advocating for collective efforts to address the world’s numerous conflicts and bridge differences between nations for a more peaceful future.
