PM Extends Vaisakhi Greetings to Sikhs Worldwide, Urges Unity and Renewal

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif extended his greetings to Sikhs in Pakistan and across the globe on the occasion of Vaisakhi, a festival celebrated on Monday that marks the ripening of the Rabi harvest.

In his message, Prime Minister Sharif highlighted the significance of Vaisakhi, describing it as a period of joy for farmers who benefit from the fruits of their hard work. He emphasized that the festival is a reminder of hope, unity, and renewal, which are fundamental to the nation’s strength and spirit.

The prime minister expressed his wishes for the festival to bring prosperity, peace, and progress to all areas of Pakistan. He encouraged citizens to embrace the festival’s spirit to forge a brighter and more inclusive future.

Prime Minister Sharif concluded his message by addressing the Sikh community in Punjabi, offering “Vaisakhi greetings to all.” His message was disseminated by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
