PM condemns human rights violations by Indian troops in IIOJK

Risalpur, April 28, 2023 (PPI-OT):Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has condemned the grave human rights violations by Indian troops in illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif was addressing the passing-out parade of cadets at the Pakistan Air Force’s Asghar Khan Academy in Risalpur, today. He urged the world community to take cognizance of the illegal moves on occupied Kashmir by the Narendra Modi-led fascist Indian government on and post 5th August 2019.

He said that there could be no peace in South Asia without a just and fair settlement of the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the United Nations resolutions and aspirations of the Kashmiri people. The prime minister said that Pakistan was a peace-loving nation and wished to maintain friendly ties with all countries, especially neighbours, however, he added, our desire for peace should not be misunderstood as weakness.

He recalled the example of the PAF’s true professionalism when it showed a befitting and determined response to the Indian aggression in February 2019. “The whole world saw how our brave sons humiliated the Indian Air Force and showed exceptional skill and expertise,” he added.
