ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has commended Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and his delegation for their diplomatic efforts in the United States and Europe, which aimed at countering India’s recent allegations against Pakistan.

In a meeting held in Islamabad, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari briefed the Prime Minister about the diplomatic engagements. The delegation, which included notable figures such as Sherry Rehman and Hina Rabbani Khar, was praised for effectively representing Pakistan’s stance internationally.

The Prime Minister highlighted the delegation’s role in presenting Pakistan’s perspective on issues such as the Pahalgam incident and the Indus Waters Treaty. He acknowledged the global recognition of Pakistan’s position, attributing it to the delegation’s efforts and the support of Pakistan’s armed forces.

During the meeting, discussions also touched on the Federal Budget, with Shehbaz Sharif expressing gratitude to coalition partners for their support. He assured that the government aims to provide relief to all societal sections, particularly salaried workers.

The dinner hosted in honor of the delegation was attended by several government ministers, who reiterated their commitment to addressing both internal and external challenges with the delegation’s cooperation.
