Islamabad: Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal has emphasized the importance of adopting China’s development model to achieve national progress in Pakistan. Speaking at a ceremony marking China’s National Day, the Minister denounced the disruptive actions of certain elements in the country and highlighted the need for peace, consistent policies, and comprehensive reforms.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Ahsan Iqbal praised China’s significant contributions to Pakistan, especially during times when other nations were hesitant to invest. He noted that numerous projects have been initiated under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, which symbolizes the strong bilateral cooperation between the two countries. The Minister underscored the necessity of emulating China’s approach to development, focusing on stability and policy consistency as essential elements for success.
