Pharma Asia 2024 Concludes Successfully in Karachi with Global Participation

Karachi: The 21st Pharma Asia, the largest exhibition in Pakistan’s pharmaceutical industry, concluded today at the Expo Center in Karachi, marking a significant milestone with the participation of 350 delegates from 17 countries.

According to Karachi Metropolitan Corporation, Deputy Mayor Karachi Salman Abdullah Murad attended the event as a special guest, celebrating the robust turnout and the exhibition’s impact on the local and international pharmaceutical landscape. The three-day event showcased the latest innovations and equipment, featuring over 200 companies and 750 booths, facilitating a wide array of business development and networking opportunities.

Dr. Khurshid Nizam, President of E-Commerce Gateway, highlighted the enthusiastic response from both local and international stakeholders, underscoring the exhibition’s role as a catalyst for innovation and collaboration in the pharmaceutical sector. The event also drew attention to the ongoing initiatives by the Special Investment Facilitation Council, which has significantly spurred industry development and attracted investment.

Deputy Mayor Murad also noted the installation of advanced medical equipment like the Cyber Knife machine at Jinnah Hospital this week, enhancing the city’s healthcare infrastructure. He expressed confidence that the success of Pharma Asia 2024 and the ongoing support from the Sindh government would continue to propel the pharmaceutical industry’s growth in Pakistan.
