Peshawar: Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani has expressed grief and sorrow over the loss of lives following the collapse of a private school roof in the Deir Colony area of Peshawar. The incident resulted in the deaths of several children and teachers and left many others injured.
According to Senate of Pakistan, Gilani extended condolences to the bereaved families and emphasized the need for the best possible medical treatment for the injured. He urged authorities to take measures to prevent future incidents and to ensure the safety of human lives.
Gilani also offered prayers for the departed and sought patience and strength for the families affected by the tragedy, as well as a speedy recovery for the injured.
