Islamabad, March 03, 2022 (PPI-OT):Performance Agreement signing ceremony between Prime Minister Office and Ministry of Science and Technology was witnessed by SAPM on Establishment Mr. Shahzad Arbab and Federal Minister for Science and Technology Senator Shibli Faraz.

A ceremony was held in Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) to mark the inclusion of new targets in the Performance Agreement. The agreement was signed by Secretary Ministry of Science and Technology, Madam Humaira Ahmed and heads of various organizations of MoST.

The signing of agreement was witnessed by Federal Minister for Science and Technology Senator Shibli Faraz and SAPM on Establishment Mr. Shehzad Arbab. This was the first time a tier-two performance agreement was signed between heads of attached departments and the Secretary of a Ministry which will result in ensuring ownership and improved delivery. Twenty-Eight new initiatives are now included in the Performance Agreement. Eight heads of organizations were present, including Rector NUST, Chairman PCSIR, Chairman PSF, DG NIO, DG NIE, DG PSQCA and DG PCRET.
