According to National Assembly of Pakistan, the notification, dated the 5th of April, 2024, indicates the exercise of powers conferred by clause (3) of Article 54 of the Constitution. The Secretary General of the National Assembly, Tahir Hussain, has signed the document, which has also been directed for publication in the Gazette of Pakistan and communicated to relevant parties involved in the dissemination and implementation of this decision.
