Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mourns the Loss of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi

Lahore, Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has extended deep condolences following the tragic helicopter crash that claimed the lives of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, the Foreign Minister, and other officials. The Minister expressed profound sorrow over the incident, emphasizing the close ties and mutual respect between Pakistan and Iran.

According to Press Information Department, Minister Naqvi reminisced about his recent interactions with President Raisi, highlighting the late President’s significant contributions to strengthening bilateral relations between the two nations. “I am deeply saddened by the sudden death of President Ebrahim Raisi. I extend my heartfelt sympathies to the Iranian government and people, who are grieving the loss of their beloved leader. We share their grief and stand with them in this hour of sorrow,” said Naqvi. He noted that President Raisi’s efforts had made him a great friend of Pakistan, and his memory and contributions would be long remembered.
