Pakistan’s Information Ministry Releases Song to Mark Kashmir Black Day

Islamabad: The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting released a special song on Sunday, commemorating October 27, Kashmir Black Day, to protest against the Indian occupation of Kashmir since 1947. The song aims to express solidarity with the people of Indian Occupied Kashmir and highlight the region’s ongoing struggle.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the song titled “Hum Pakistani Hain, Pakistan Hamara Hai” serves as a cultural reinforcement of Pakistan’s support for Kashmiri rights and resistance against Indian control. The accompanying music video and photographs depict the severe conditions faced by the people in Occupied Kashmir, emphasizing India’s repressive measures.

The release of this song is part of broader efforts by Pakistan to draw international attention to the plight of Kashmiris and to affirm the country’s stance on the Kashmir issue through various forms of media and public expression.
