Islamabad, Pakistan’s Information and Broadcasting Minister Murtaza Solangi has reaffirmed the country’s support for the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) in their struggle for self-determination.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Solangi emphasized Pakistan’s unwavering moral, political, and diplomatic support during a seminar in Islamabad.
The Minister highlighted the importance of a stable Pakistan in effectively addressing the Kashmir issue on international stages. He pointed out the severe human rights violations in IIOJK, as reported by various international institutions, and criticized India’s approach towards its minorities. The Minister also emphasized the need for responsible media reporting on human rights violations in IIOJK and Palestine, contrasting this with the propaganda spread by Indian media.
Additionally, Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on Human Rights Mushaal Hussein Mullick condemned the Indian military’s actions in IIOJK, highlighting the resilience of the Kashmiri people in the face of oppression.
