Pakistan’s Health Minister Condemns Indian Aggression, Stresses National Unity

Kotli: Federal Minister for Health Mustafa Kamal visited District Headquarters Hospital Kotli to denounce Indian aggression and emphasize the nation’s unity. The visit, conducted under directives from the Prime Minister and Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan, included meetings with local officials and a tour of the hospital where civilians injured by unprovoked Indian shelling are being treated.

During his visit, Minister Kamal met with Deputy Commissioner Major (Retd.) Nasir Rafiq and Brigade Commander Brigadier Samiullah. He checked on the health of those injured in recent attacks, including a child whose brother was killed. Kamal assured that victims would receive comprehensive medical care at no cost, affirming, “The government stands shoulder to shoulder with its wounded citizens.”

Addressing the media, Kamal criticized Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, stating, “Modi believed he could become the ‘Israel’ of this region. Instead, his actions have only unified Pakistan.” He credited Indian aggression for uniting the Pakistani nation, noting that ethnic and sectarian differences had been set aside in defense of national sovereignty.

Kamal highlighted Pakistan’s resilience despite India’s superior military and economic capabilities, claiming that India had suffered a “humiliating defeat.” He praised the Armed Forces for their response and urged the nation to maintain its newfound unity.

The Minister condemned India’s actions as targeting innocent civilians, including children and the elderly. He described the cries of a grieving mother in Kotli Hospital as evidence of India’s aggression, asserting that the world now recognizes the true aggressor.

Minister Kamal concluded by encouraging national perseverance, drawing parallels to the resilience seen in global conflicts, and reminding Pakistanis of their spiritual strength.
