Islamabad, June 29, 2022 (PPI-OT):Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Hina Rabbani Khar says Pakistan’s foreign policy is moving in the right direction, with all its diplomatic missions working efficiently on all fronts. Responding to criticism by Dr Ramesh Kumar in the National Assembly, she said the foreign policy of a country is useful if it serves the interests of its people.

The Minister of State said the government is making it sure to work for Pakistan instead of any individual or party. She said although Pakistan does not have a role in BRICS, but it has a core role in many other international forums such as heart of Asia.

Speaking about the case of detained Kashmiri Leader Yaseen Malik, she said Pakistan is raising voice for him and working on his case with effective diplomacy. Hina Rabbani Khar said Pakistani diplomats worked day and night to make sure that the OIC give a joint statement in this regard.
