Pakistan’s Economy Sees Revival Post-IMF Deal, Says Finance Minister Shamshad

Islamabad, Caretaker Minister for Finance, Revenue, and Economic Affairs Dr. Shamshad Akhtar has stated that Pakistan’s economic activities have seen enhancement following the agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the successful implementation of reforms.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, In a conversation with the media, Dr. Akhtar mentioned that these reforms have also improved the business environment and boosted investor confidence.

She emphasized the government’s ongoing efforts to achieve overall economic stability and balanced growth. This involves reducing debts, carrying out development priorities, and implementing governance reforms in government enterprises.
