Pakistan’s dossier unmasked Indian war crimes in IIOJK

Islamabad, September 17, 2021 (PPI-OT):Pakistan has explicitly exposed Indian war crimes and human rights violations in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) through its dossier presented to the world recently. A report released by Kashmir Media Service, today, said that the dossier had also highlighted Indian plans to change IIOJK’s demography and Kashmiris’ resistance movement. It added that the dossier has also demanded of the international community to take notice of rights violations being perpetrated by Indian troops in the territory.

It said, besides presenting evidence, the dossier has given names of Indian officials involved in committing crimes against the Kashmiris. Islamabad had also released a similar evidence-based dossier last year spelling out the India’s involvement in acts of terror in Pakistan, it added.

The report said, India is violating all international and humanitarian laws to bring about demographic change in the IIOJK, adding, majority of references in Pakistan’s dossier are from international and Indian media outlets as well as global human rights bodies.

It maintained that Pakistan’s dossier came following India’s crackdown after the martyrdom of top resistance leader, Syed Ali Gilani, which unveiled the real face of Modi-led India before the world.

The report said, Pakistan has been making great efforts to expose Indian illegal actions in IIOJK, adding, India’s ongoing brutal tactics to quell the Kashmiris’ freedom struggle are being documented by world human rights bodies. Since Modi’s ascension to power, Indian brutalities against the Kashmiris have increased sharply, it added.

The report said, India under Modi has become a Hindutva fascist regime like the Nazis of Germany and the world community must break its silence and express outrage at the Indian state terrorism in the occupied territory.

It is high time for the world organizations and leaders to shun their duplicity and take note of Indian war crimes in IIOJK and the UN must put sanctions on India for violating the World Body’s resolutions, the report maintained.
