Pakistan’s Deputy PM Pledges School Renovation in Samoa’s Fagali’i Village

Fagali’i: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has announced a renovation package for a local school in Samoa’s Fagali’i village, acknowledging the warmth and hospitality shown by the Samoan community during his visit. Dar’s visit to the village comes as Samoa hosts the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, upon arriving in Fagali’i, Deputy Prime Minister Dar was welcomed by Samoa’s Minister for Women, Communities, and Social Development, Mulipola Anarosa Ale Molioo, along with local elders and youth. In honor of the visit, the village streets were adorned with Pakistan’s national colors, and the community celebrated the occasion with traditional Samoan cultural performances, reflecting the spirit of unity between Pakistan and the Commonwealth nations, including Samoa.
