Washington: Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States, Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, emphasized the critical role of international law in resolving the Jammu and Kashmir dispute during a recent webinar. He underscored the need for adherence to international legal frameworks to achieve peace and stability in South Asia.
According to Radio Pakistan, the webinar was organized by the Embassy of Pakistan in Washington D.C. as part of the observance of Youm-e-Istehsal. Ambassador Sheikh reiterated Pakistan’s steadfast commitment to the people of Jammu and Kashmir, advocating for their right to self-determination as outlined in international law and United Nations Security Council resolutions.
