Islamabad: The Consulate General of Pakistan in Chengdu marked the nation’s 78th Independence Day with a celebratory event attended by Pakistani expatriates residing in Southwest China.
The program commenced with the customary raising of the national flag, succeeded by the recitation of messages from the President and Prime Minister of Pakistan.
