Pakistani Government Aims to Boost Export Potential Tenfold, Says Caretaker Minister Gohar


Islamabad, Dr. Gohar Ejaz, the Caretaker Minister for Industries and Commerce, has declared the government’s commitment to substantially boosting the country’s export potential. Speaking at a ceremony in Lahore, he outlined plans to increase Pakistan’s exports by ten times.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Minister Gohar Ejaz described Pakistan as an emerging economy with vast opportunities for growth. He encouraged foreign investors to explore these opportunities, particularly highlighting the potential in Pakistan’s expanding economy. Ejaz expressed his personal affinity for Africa and extended his gratitude to African delegates participating in the event. His remarks underscore the government’s focus on enhancing international trade relations and attracting global investment, particularly from African nations.
