Pakistani Exhibitors Showcase Capabilities at Gulfood Manufacturing 2024 in Dubai.


Dubai: Pakistani exhibitors are making their debut at Gulfood Manufacturing 2024, with the opening of the Pakistan Pavilion at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Mr. Zubair Motiwala, Chief Executive of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), together with Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, Pakistan’s Envoy to the UAE, inaugurated the pavilion. Also present were H.E Hussain Muhammad, Consul General, and Ali Zeb Khan, Trade Counsellor in Dubai.



According to Press Information Department, Pakistan’s participation in this prestigious event highlights the country’s food processing and packaging capabilities. Mr. Motiwala expressed satisfaction, emphasizing the opportunity for Pakistani exhibitors to showcase their skills. Ambassador Tirmizi noted the presence of 21 exhibitors under TDAP and eight independent companies, bringing a diverse range of food ingredients, processing and packaging solutions, and supply chain innovations to the exhibition.



Gulfood Manufacturing is a significant global event, featuring over 1,200 suppliers from more than 60 countries. The exhibition focuses on the future of food manufacturing, showcasing digital adoption and innovations. The TDAP Chief Executive, Ambassador, Consul General, and Trade Counsellor actively engaged with exhibitors at the Pakistani Pavilion. The Commercial Section of the Pakistan Consulate in Dubai played a crucial role in assisting and facilitating the Pakistani exhibitors, both in pre-event preparations and during the exhibition.
