Pakistani Envoy Updates OIC on South Asian Tensions

New York: Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Asim Iftikhar, briefed the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Group of Ambassadors on the current situation in South Asia, citing concerns over regional stability.

Ambassador Iftikhar addressed the OIC members in New York, highlighting what he described as India’s politically motivated and provocative actions. He expressed concerns that these actions pose significant threats to peace and stability in the region.
