Pakistani Cadet Honored as Best Foreign Military Cadet at Australian Military Academy

Canberra: Pakistani Army Cadet Sardar Arsam Abbas has been recognized as the “Overall Best Foreign Military Cadet” during the passing out parade at the Australian Royal Military College (RMC) in Duntroon. This prestigious award is presented to the highest performing foreign military cadet, acknowledging excellence in all facets of training.

According to Radio Pakistan, this achievement underscores the professionalism and commitment of the Pakistan Army’s junior leadership. Cadet Abbas’s recognition marks the 14th time a Pakistani Army Cadet has received this honor, highlighting the consistent performance and high standards upheld by the cadets from Pakistan.

This accolade follows a tradition of excellence, with previous honorees including Lieutenant Nasir Hussain Khalid Selhria Shaheed, awarded posthumously with the Tamgha-e-Basalat, who was killed in action on September 4, 2020, in North Waziristan District. His name is etched on a memorial stone at the RMC parade ground, commemorating the enduring legacy of courage and sacrifice demonstrated by Pakistani Army Officers.
