Islamabad, The naval forces of Pakistan and Türkiye recently completed the Turgutreis-9 exercise in the Eastern Mediterranean, aimed at boosting operational readiness and enhancing cooperative capabilities.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the exercise involved the Pakistani naval ship PNS Babur, which visited the Aksaz naval base in Türkiye to participate. The primary goal of Turgutreis-9 was to improve interoperability and joint operational capabilities between the two allied navies, underscoring a continued commitment to regional security and military collaboration.
