Pakistani Ambassador Praises South Africa’s Advocacy for Palestinian Rights

Baltimore, At a recent event in Baltimore, Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States, Masood Khan, highlighted South Africa’s pivotal role in championing the rights of Palestinians on the global stage. The ambassador commended South Africa for setting a high standard in international advocacy and called for a sustained global effort towards achieving a permanent ceasefire and a two-state solution in the Middle East.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, during his address, Ambassador Khan also praised the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) for its significant contributions to promoting unity and interfaith harmony worldwide. He noted ICNA’s expansive reach, with chapters not only in North America but also globally. Khan lauded ICNA’s President, Dr. Mohsin Ansari, for his exceptional leadership and commitment to humanitarian efforts, both in Pakistan and internationally.

Additionally, the ambassador acknowledged ICNA’s strategic investments in education and technology, which he described as vital for empowering future generations. Ambassador Khan expressed his best wishes for the continued success of ICNA’s missions and initiatives.
