Islamabad: Pakistan has reaffirmed its unwavering support for the Kashmiri people’s right to self-determination, announcing continued moral, political, and diplomatic backing for their cause.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, during her weekly news briefing in Islamabad today, declared that October 27, known as Black Day, will be observed worldwide, including in Pakistan, to protest the Indian occupation of Jammu and Kashmir. This date marks the anniversary of the 1947 Indian military intervention in Kashmir, which Baloch described as a violation of the Partition Plan and international laws, undertaken against the will of the Kashmiri people.
Baloch highlighted the enduring resistance of the Kashmiri people to Indian rule, stating that despite prolonged domination and oppression, their quest for rights and freedom remains undiminished.
