Pakistan Voices Concerns Over Indian Extra Territorial Killings


Islamabad: The Foreign Office of Pakistan has expressed serious concerns over what it describes as Indian extra territorial and extra judicial killings inside Pakistan.



According to Kashmir Media Service, Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, during a weekly news briefing in Islamabad, stated that this issue is not confined to Pakistan alone. She emphasized that India’s network of extra territorial killings and abductions is global, with other countries also expressing concerns about such activities.



The spokesperson reiterated Pakistan’s desire for friendly relations with all its neighbors, including Afghanistan. She assured that Pakistan is fully capable of defending its national security and sovereignty against any internal or external threat.



In response to a question, Baloch highlighted the development of the Gwadar port with China’s support, stressing that it is intended for the development of Pakistan. She clarified that Pakistan has no intentions of offering military bases to any foreign government or entity.
