ISLAMABAD, Pakistan and Turkiye have decided to reinstate the Pak-Turk Mobility grant Program, facilitating the exchange of academia and teachers between the two nations.
According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, this agreement was reached during a dialogue between a Turkish delegation, headed by Ambassador of Turkiye to Pakistan, Mehmet Pacaci, and Pakistan’s Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training, Madad Ali Sindhi. The discussions extended to sharing expertise in Vocational and Technical Training. The Minister informed that Quaid-e-Azam University, along with other academic institutions, will offer research fellowships to Turkish University professors for mutual interest topics. Ambassador Pacaci noted the deep connection the Turkish people feel with Pakistan and believes that collaboration in the educational sector will further strengthen bilateral relations. He also updated the Minister on various ongoing projects managed by the Turkish cooperation and coordination Agency (TIKA).
