Pakistan Sets Deadline for Illegal Foreigners and Afghan Citizens to Leave

Islamabad: Ten days remain for illegal foreigners and Afghan Citizen Card holders to exit Pakistan, following a government deadline set for the end of this month. The authorities have mandated that all individuals without legal status must depart by October 31.

The government has emphasized that the process will be conducted without mistreatment. Officials have stated that necessary arrangements including food and health facilities are in place for those returning to their respective countries.

In parallel, the repatriation process for illegal Afghan nationals is ongoing. Current figures indicate that a total of 875,165 Afghans have already returned to their homeland. Government officials continue to oversee these efforts to ensure compliance with the new regulations.
