Pakistan Security Forces Neutralize Eleven Terrorists in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Operations


Rawalpindi, In a decisive two-day operation on 21-22 April 2024, Pakistan’s security forces eliminated eleven terrorists in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, bolstering efforts to curb terrorism in the region.



According to Inter Services Public Relations, the operations included an intelligence-based effort in Dera Ismail Khan District, where security forces encountered ten terrorists. An intense exchange of fire resulted in the neutralization of all ten. In a separate encounter in North Waziristan District, troops engaged another terrorist hideout, successfully eliminating one additional terrorist.



The operations also led to the recovery of arms and ammunition. The individuals neutralized had been involved in numerous attacks on security forces and civilians. Local communities have expressed their appreciation for the security efforts, which continue to focus on eliminating the threat of terrorism from the country.
