Pakistan Receives $705.6 Million Second Tranche from IMF, UAE Rollover Confirmed

Islamabad, Pakistan has successfully received the second tranche of $705.6 million from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) under the Stand-By Arrangement (SBA), as confirmed by the State Bank of Pakistan.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, this financial boost is further supported by the United Arab Emirates’ confirmation of rolling over its two deposits, each worth one billion dollars, placed with the State Bank of Pakistan for an additional year. This move indicates continued international support and confidence in Pakistan’s economic stability and recovery efforts.
