Pakistan Navy Concludes Seaspark-24 Exercise in Karachi


Islamabad, The Pakistan Navy’s major maritime exercise, Seaspark-24, concluded in Karachi, showcasing the comprehensive combat capabilities of the naval force in a grand demonstration attended by Naval Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf as the chief guest.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Seaspark-24 involved the dynamic deployment of naval combat assets, including ships, aircraft, submarines, and air defense radars, simulating war conditions to assess operational readiness. A highlight of the exercise was the successful live missile firing and the execution of joint operations aimed at neutralizing enemy fleets at sea.



The Deputy Chief of Naval Staff (Operations) presented insights and recommendations pertaining to the strategic orientation and execution of exercise activities. The exercise was marked by the collaborative participation of the Pakistan Navy, Pakistan Maritime Security Agency, Pakistan Army, and Pakistan Air Force, underscoring the integrated defense approach of the Pakistani armed forces.



Admiral Ashraf, expressing his contentment with the operational readiness and the exercise’s execution, lauded the seamless coordination and proficiency demonstrated by the participating units. The Seaspark-24 closing ceremony was attended by high-ranking officials from various ministries and branches of the Pakistan Armed Forces, highlighting the national importance of the maritime drill.
